INFORMATION PROVIDED PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13-14 OF THE GDPR (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION) 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of GDPR 2016/679, we therefore provide the following information:

The personal data you provide (by registering on the website and/or apps and/or filling in forms on the website) will be subject to:

• in connection with contractual obligations or EULAs of our services:

1. of processing relating to the formulation of bids;
2. of processing relating to the issue of tax documents;
3. of processing relating to the fulfilment of obligations under the 231 organisational model;
4. processing for the purpose of drawing up reports of a statistical nature and for research and development;
5. processing for the purpose of logistics management;
6. processing for operational management purposes;
7. processing for the purpose of information and training management;
8. processing for legal purposes and management of commercial relations;

• in connection with legal obligations:

1. treatment related to VAT regulations (VAT tax register, etc.);

Consequently, taking into account the purposes of data processing as illustrated above, the provision of data is compulsory and their non-conferral, partial or inexact conferral may make it impossible to carry out the activity of collaboration with the institution IES Gonzalo Anaya and to fulfil contractual obligations.

Where the person providing the data is under 16 years of age, such processing is lawful only if and to the extent that such consent is given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility for whom the identification data and copies of identification documents are acquired.

Additionally, if you expressly agree, your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes, including:

• promotional activities of IES Gonzalo Anaya, and/or partners, made through both automated means (e.g. email, sms, instant messaging applications such as chatbot, etc.) and non-automated means (e.g. ordinary mail, telephone with operator, etc.). IES Gonzalo Anaya may send you information and promotional communications related to services and similar products offered by IES Gonzalo Anaya and/or partners (belonging to the following categories: software houses, training companies, research and development companies, tourism promotion associations).
• profiling activities, which consist in the analysis of your preferences and market research in order to improve the services and commercial information presented by IES Gonzalo Anaya, making them more consistent with your interests. This activity may also take place through the administration of satisfaction questionnaires and/or the use of profiling cookies used during navigation on IES Gonzalo Anaya websites.

The provision of optional data will allow IES Gonzalo Anaya to improve the services offered in order to make them increasingly tailored to the personal interests of its users.

The processing will be carried out both through the use of manual and/or computerised and telematic tools with organisational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures provided by the regulations in force.

Personal data will not be divulged. Personal data may be communicated to external parties for the sole purpose of fulfilling the above purposes (administrative and tax consultants, companies bound by contractual obligations with the writer, public and private companies for the completion of competitive bidding process, companies operating in the transport business).

Personal data are saved for the duration of the collaboration/supply/use of the service and, in the event of revocation and/or other termination of the relationship, for a limited period specific to each individual processing in accordance with the principle of retention limitation and in order to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax) and to protect the rights of the data owner in the event of any disputes related to the provision of the service.
